Everything on Evaluatefirst is provided for information. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. An ingredient explanation is not an assessment of whether a product is safe for you. A contract summary is not a lawyer reading your contract. A calculation is arithmetic on the figures you supplied, not a forecast of what will happen.

Decisions you make remain yours. For anything with material consequences, consult someone qualified in that field.

Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously and describe our working rules on the methodology page. We do not, however, warrant that every figure or statement is correct, current or complete. Source data changes, and some of it is wrong at source. Where a result depends on information we could not verify, the result says so; treat anything marked unavailable as genuinely unknown rather than as unimportant.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for your own decisions. Do not attempt to overload the service, circumvent rate limits, scrape the site at volume, or resell access to it. Do not paste other people’s personal data into a tool.

Content and ownership

The text, analysis, code and design of this site belong to Piksel & Co Digital LLC. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back. You may not republish pages wholesale or use the content to train a model without written permission. Third-party data referenced on the site remains the property of whoever produced it and is used under its own terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change as the site adds accounts, paid analysis or uploads. The date above is the date of the current version.
